Financial Reporting Analyst
This is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the generation, analysis, and submission of financial reports, in coordination with the broader Financial Reporting Team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting;
- Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period;
- Ensure all accruals and adjustments are accurately calculated and posted within established timelines;
- Escalate problems or issues related to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures as well as monitor progress/changes and keep senior leadership informed of unusual financial details;
- Adhere to both regional and global procedures and rules, such as global policies, change control and methodologies;
- Work with a team to identify and implement process improvement initiatives or standardizations;
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Hedge Fund Services Supervisor
This role encompasses all facets of the calculation of net asset values on a variety of complex hedge funds in addition to the supervision of Senior and Fund Accountants in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds;
- Preparation of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports for larger, complex clients, or as required, within deadlines;
- Working closely with the Senior Fund Accountants and Fund Accountants to manage timelines, workflows and deliverables within agreed Service Level Agreements;
- Escalating all material issues effecting the NAV production process to the Assistant Vice President in a timely manner;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers and auditors and other fund participants;
- Building relationships & working closely with investor relations group and liaising with other departments within Citco as required;
- Positioning one-self to be the first escalation point for internal queries.

Fund Accounting Manager
This is an Officer position within the Private Equity & Real Estate Fund Services (PERA) Fund Accounting Business Unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Services Group.
Responsibilities
- Interact with all levels of professionals, internally and externally. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, be able to perform well under pressure and simultaneously handle multiple assignments;
- Ensure team compliance with operating policies, procedures and guidelines in the completion of Net Asset Valuations (NAV) across our Private Equity/Debt Fund Structures;
- Direct and indirect management and supervision of Fund Accounting staff;
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial work papers; including portfolio schedules, accrual schedules, profit & loss schedules, and partner capital allocations;
- Coordinate annual audit with Fund Auditors;
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key client contacts, including investment professionals, investors, auditors, lawyers and banking personnel;

Responsibilities
- Produce, investigate and report the daily Profit and Loss (P&L);
- Collaborate with the Business Unit, Technology, Operations and other Controllers daily to deliver accurate P&L reporting and analysis;
- Direct and indirect management and supervision of Product Control associates;
- Complete thorough review and allocation of P&L attribution into its appropriate Market (Greeks) or Non-Market based effects;
- Oversee monthly Net Revenue and Balance Sheet reconciliation and substantiation, identifying any differences between our General Ledger and the P&L reporting systems;
